It seems (gay) men that appear on these sites either let themselves go completely or drink liberally from the Fountain of steroids, then hoist weights as if there is no tomorrow.
And some (like the fellow with the sweet face, sporting a bearclaw mug) come with a naturally voluptuous body.
My visual favorite among this group is based solely on his face. The fellow mouthing a pipe. The facial features are striking, especially the eyes.
